Hmm…no shoes no shirts no service…no colors (bars who don’t allow gang colors)….we reserve the right to refuse service…no guns allowed…I really don’t think refusing to bake you a cake is worth $135000.00 in damages. …people have lots their minds…why not go get a cake somewhere else?…why make it an attack against someone beliefs because they don’t agree with your beliefs?…how about do what you want but don’t include me.
Jesus would not bake you a big gay wedding cake

Jeff the reason that “no shoes no shirt no colors no service” is within the law is because it applies to everyone indiscriminately. While I disagree with the amount of damages award the Bakery did willfully and knowingly break the anti-discrimination laws of the state of Oregon and were punished accordingly.
John where is there evidence that they aren’t held to the same standard? You aren’t allowed to discriminate because of your religious belief no matter the religion.
if other believers are allowed to practice their beliefs so are these people. the comminsioner needs to step down from their position. they are way out of line and practicing religios prescution on these peoples beliefs, and giving way to others.
Stand your ground This is so emotional for me maybe I will sue too
No Jeff, but Jesus did break bread with sinners, so he would eat it with them. I am a Christian, and I believe in Jesus, not the Republican Jesus that they have trademarked, but the real Jesus. Look up ” republican Jesus ” and if that fits your beliefs, you are part of what’s wrong with Christianity today.
So far the only people who have made any money, are the people who own the bakery. And they’ve collected about a half a million dollars. If you refuse service to a Christian and tell them that’s the reason, the religious right would be calling for death.
Don Johnson what about freedom…why is “we don’t want to make you a cake” criminal…and where does this stop?…I could argue that no colors does discriminate…I suppose that should have to make you a cake that says I hate you and your bakery, if that’s what I want…what about being forced to make cakes for Satan worship…or how about an ISIS cake…im not comparing the gay lifestyle to these examples …only trying to get you to see that being forced to do something you don’t agree with is wrong and should not be criminal
