If more officers responded the way this one did,,, approaching with a smile on his face, non aggressive ….. Asking politely “what’s up” instead of with an “attitude” of “since I’m an officer, I can push my weight around, so to speak, and throwing them against their car or down to the pavement. So much more can be accomplished by just being nice.
THIS IS ONE OF THE REAL POLICE OFFICERS OF THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION.
