Most police officers do an amazing job at what they do: protecting and serving the American people. Despite this, there is a serious problem with some cops assuming that their badges grant them extra rights. Last year, police killed 1,100 Americans. The first five months of 2015 saw 476 deaths at the hands of American police, with over 1,100 predicted by the end of the year.
You may think that these numbers seem low, considering there are over 300 million Americans. But, when you consider the killing rate of our police officers in comparison with the law enforcement of other countries, it is very embarrassing.
Japanese police killed one person last year in a country with over 100 million citizens. Icelandic police only killed one person in its entire history. And, to top if off, American police have a murder rate worst than the homicide rates of the two most violent countries in the world.

I am proud of every police officer in America. When people act like animals, they should be treated like them.
I was on my Harley in town when a police officer pulled me over. I put my kickstand down, put the bike in neutral & turned it off. I had a gun on my hip in a holster. I reached back to get my wallet, which was on the same side as my pistol (open carry is legal in Oregon). After i got my wallet out to get my license, registration & insurance out the officer pulled his gun & told me not to move or he would shoot, this was AFTER i already had my wallet out & was opening it to get my info cards out. He then told me to put both my hands on the steering wheel, for those of you that own or have seen a motorcycle, they have NO steering wheel they have handlebars! It took 6 cops & the Sargent on duty to run me thru DMV. My gun is a legal gun i had bought 3 years before. It took 3 cops to get my gun & knife off my belt, the $#%&!@* my holster was still buckled & it took 2 cops just to get the gun out of the holster & 1 cop to get my buck knife out of it’s sheath. When it was all said & done they cited me for careless driving & no current insurance card, i had forgot to put my new card in my wallet. I am waiting for the non-jury trial so i can beat the careless driving, i had already taken care of the insurance ticket! Wish me luck & thank God that the cholo cop didn’t have an itchy trigger finger of i would be writing this from Hell!!!!!
No our government is! They armed the divisions with more military armor than the police!
They get very little respect for what they are paid. Whoever thinks that about our Police needs to flip a coin; Doesn’t really matter because we all know THEY JUST CAN’T STOP WITH THE HATE and u couldn’t run them out of this Country with a Calvary!
Sin is the problem
I just watched on a TV show with this guy sheriff Bonnell, and they were showing various crimes and chases, and one was filmed in England, and if they hadnt said it was England I would have thought it was Baltimore, and again all of the looting and burning was done because of what they felt was a wrongful arrest, but in England after the police were overwhelmed they called out more help and arrested 3000 looters and burners. I know with some people its popular to bash our Police, but I for one believe there is more to all of these stories and not just what the liberal press wants you to see. In just about every instance that I have seen the ones who complied with the Police were not manhandled, it was the ones who resisted and forced the Police to use force.
they seem like they are practicing for martial law……we just don’t know “i’t….you would if you were paying attention, how about that big ol’ “Jade” secrete project that took over a few Wal-Mart stores in the S. West?….there is practise for you….
Have to meet force with force. Unless you live and work in Baltimore.
Nothing but bull rap promoted by the Obummer administration!!
I support the police community and acknowledge the presence of a few “bad apples”. There are many more good people in the Police than bad. They do a great job considering what they face everyday.
