Just a few days before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501, AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes dumped his shares of Tune Insurance Holdings, which provides travel insurance for AirAsia passengers.
Gee, what a coincidence. Think this guy had prior knowledge of the planes disappearance?
On December 26, the Malaysian Insider reported that Fernandes, the founder of Tune Group Sdn Bhd which owns AirAsia, had sold a total of 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, with 850,000 shares being dumped on December 22, and the other 94,800 being sold the day after.
According to its official website, Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd is “an insurance product manager” for AirAsia in which “insurance products are sold to (AirAsia) customers as part of their online booking process.”
The share prices of AirAsia and Tune Insurance Holdings both fell on the first day of trading after the disappearance of Flight QZ8501, with the former shedding 12.9 percent at one point. Tune Insurance Holdings lost 0.6%.
Fernandes decision to dump the shares less than a week before AirAsia Flight QZ8501 disappeared over the Java Sea prompted some to speculate that he may have had prior knowledge of the incident.
“Did Fernandes know his company stock was about to take a hit? The timing is suspicious,” asks Heavy.com, adding, “If so, it indicates knowledge of an impending attack on AirAsia.”
The International Business Times adds that the move has prompted many to voice the theory that Fernandes, “possibly knew about an impending attack on one of the company’s aircraft.”
The story bears some similarity to the unusual market activity in airline stocks that preceded the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. An “extraordinary” amount of ‘put options’ – speculation that a stock price will fall – were placed on United and American Airlines in the days leading up to 9/11.
As we reported earlier, one of the other main unanswered questions surrounding the incident is why a Chinese blogger urged people to avoid AirAsia flights less than two weeks before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501.
Some say the posts, which were made on Chinese social media site Weibo, are a startling indication of prior knowledge whereas others claim the posts were deceptively edited after the crash of Flight QZ8501 to create the impression that its disappearance had been predicted ahead of time.
Smart move
Sure sounds like it
It is all in your head. How would he know something like that . No way the governments would not do something like that. heeeheeeeheeee no they wouldn’t
Obama tees off in Hawaii with Malaysian leader | The Miami …

The Miami Herald
4 days ago – If you’re President Barack Obama and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, … Obama tees off in Hawaii with Malaysian leader … During that visit, Obama met with Najib and pressed his government to …. Does everyone know that you go to jail for 3 years in Malaysia if you dare leave the Islamic “Faith”?
Top dogs buy and sell regularly, possible he knew of a threat, but if that’s the case every airline exec. Should be doing the same any minute now…. jmo
Hmmmm fishy scenario!!

UlstermanBooks.com
An AirAsian flight heading to Singapore, located on the southern tip
of Malaysia, disappeared along with its 155 passengers in the very
early hours of Sunday morning in what is being reported as stormy
weather. The plane’s disappearance is potentially the third
Malaysia-related commercial airline disaster in just the last year. The
first two were Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 which went missing on March
8th of this year and has yet to be located, and the second was
Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 which was shot down over the
Russian-Ukraine border on July 17th, killing all of the nearly 300
passengers and crew on board.
Just four days earlier, President
Barack Obama spent time golfing with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib
Razak during Obama’s still ongoing Hawaii vacation.
AirAsia is based out of Malaysia and headed by CEO Tony Fernandes.
In what is another confounding coincidence, all three men – Barack
Obama, Prime Minister Najib Razak, and Tony Fernandes met together in
April of this year.
Prime Minister Najib Razak, back left, Barack
Obama, back right, AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes, lower left, and General
Electric CEO John Rice, lower right, during an April 28th, 2014 business
agreement between AirAsia and General Electric that was coordinated
with considerable involvement by both the Obama and Razak
administrations.
The agreement was signed approximately one month
after Malaysian Flight 370 disappeared and less than two months before
Malaysian Flight 17 was shot out of the sky.
Another wrinkle in
this already odd and still unfolding story is President Obama’s personal
choice to spend Christmas Eve golfing with one of the more radical
Islamic world leaders. Check out this excerpt from a very recent
Political Liars report:
…President Barack Obama’s zealous pursuit of
the perfect golf game has led to his latest challenger on a Hawaiian
golf course during his Christmas holiday vacation. The nation’s
Commander in Chief teed-off on Christmas eve with the radical Islamist
prime minister of Malaysia, who praised the actions of terrorist groups
such the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) for their victories.
…According to news reports, the Malaysian prime minister had ordered
his national police force in September to clamp down on protesters who
were opposed to his Islamist government supporting ISIS and their
countries slide into Shariah law. “My party members must emulate the
bravery of a Middle Eastern militant group that defeated an Iraqi force
outnumbering it nearly 30 to one if we (Malay Islamist party) are to
survive,” Najib Razak said during a formal dinner.
Here is a
timeline that seems to either point to extraordinary coincidence, or
something else. What that something might be, I can’t yet say:
**March 8th, 2014: Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 goes missing and to
date, has not yet been located. Malaysian citizens are infuriated at the
seemingly half-hearted search efforts by Prime Minister Najib Razak’s
government.
**April 28th, 2014, U.S. President Barack Obama meets
with Prime Minister Najib Razak, AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes, and General
Electric CEO John Rice in Malaysia to sign a “business agreement”
between the two companies. Rice, among several other GE executives,
helped to raise millions of fundraising dollars for both of Barack
Obama’s presidential election campaigns.
**July 17th, 2014, Malaysian Flight 17 is shot down while flying over the Russian-Ukraine border. No survivors.
**December 24th, 2014, President Barack Obama golfs with Muslim Prime
Minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak shortly after Razak publicly praised
the efforts of ISIS terrorists fighting in Iraq and Syria.
**December 28th, 2014, AirAsia Flight 8501, another Malaysian airliner
powered by General Electric-built propulsion components, goes missing
and has yet to be located. Both the Obama White House and the Razak
government issue public statements indicating they are “monitoring” the
situation and are available to help if needed.
