From Lynch’s official DOJ statement:
One of the most effective ways to combat corporate misconduct is by seeking accountability from the individuals who perpetrated the wrongdoing….
Yet after these promises, Lynch did nothing of the sort. Families of the 124 individuals killed by the ignition defect are livid, speaking out against the broken promises their Government had ensured in writing and by word of mouth.
“I don’t see how Mary Barra can sleep,” said Laura Christian, the birth mother of 16-year-old Amber Rose, who was killed in a July 2005 crash in Maryland. She said the deferred-prosecution agreement was like probation.
“We buried our loved ones because G.M. buried a deadly defect,” Ms. Christian said. “And yet today all G.M. has to do is write another check to escape. We can’t escape — every day I am missing a daughter.”
Mary Barra, is the GM executive sent in to address the outcome of the settlements. Barra addressed the families affected and GM employees. Barra, acting as the GM representative attempting to smooth over and to apologize, was met with disappointment and anger over the “hoodwinking” by Lynch and GM.
Theres a shocker.
Another typical worthless negroid
