This rat trap anyone can build. You make it once and it catches many rats.
A bucket, some peanut butter, a pipe and some water. Yup, that’s pretty simple.
One improvement suggested by someone using this trap is to add antifreeze to the water, which instantly kills the rats.

no anti freeze because dogs and cats will drink it
Got to be carful using anti-freeze as it will also kill your pets, and don’t let anyone fool you. It’s an agonizing death.

A feed bag is cheap and works pretty good! They seem to find their way into a bag with a little feed still remaining in an upright bag close to something they can crawl up on!

Very clever! If you add anti-freeze it will kill any other animal that might get into it. If you want to kill Raccoons, put a foil pie plate on the ground, empty a can of sardines into it, and add some anti-freeze……dead raccooons. But again, dogs or cats might get into it.
What is “hay wire”? I’ve GONE haywire a few times, but never knew there was such a thing.
