This rat trap anyone can build. You make it once and it catches many rats.
A bucket, some peanut butter, a pipe and some water. Yup, that’s pretty simple.
One improvement suggested by someone using this trap is to add antifreeze to the water, which instantly kills the rats.

Glad I don’t have mice or rats. Gross and disgusting. I’m imagining those dead mice in that bucket. Eeew
How horrible!! Why not use humane traps? That’s what I do then take them at least two miles away and release in a wooded area away from populated areas. Drowning is a terrible thing and about the antifreeze, if you’ve never seen an animal die from antifreeze poisoning you can’t imagine how painful and slow it is.
