The idea of any sort of government-sponsored re-education or indoctrination centers should send chills down the spine of every citizen and resident. Now the more astute, or at least the more cynical among us, might well ask what we think the public schools are for. Point taken.
But what the government of France has conjured up takes things in a much more dangerous direction with much more serious potential consequences, especially if U.S. officials decide to import France’s new program to the United States.
So what is France doing that is so frightening?
