President Barack Obama has once again shown his willingness to bend the rules and ignore proper procedure in order to push through his heavy-handed leftist agenda. He has proven a master at midnight appointees and Friday night releases of information in order to circumvent Republican lawmakers, and usually it means a big bill or a highly partisan effort to lock the American people into an unwanted policy or regulation.
