Dr. Ben Carson, a 2016 Republican presidential candidate currently ranking very high in the polls, is no less tepid in stating his opinion than Donald Trump, he just delivers it with more elegance than brutal force.
In a recent interview on Fox, Carson bluntly stated that Planned Parenthood itself was created in order to control the black population with abortions. He stated that this is the primary reason that most of these centers are located in black neighborhoods.
