Planned Parenthood just met its match in the form of an ACLU, PETA, and Animal Legal Defense Fund case in Idaho. The First Amendment won and it will cheer all pro-life activists.
An Idaho law forbids the use of undercover and covert cameras for journalistic purposes, in order to protect the dairy and meat industries. It was just struck down in federal court.

Why didn’t our government ever look into what they were doing with the aborted babies? Isn’t there some ethics or standards and practices?
Everytime they try to put in ethics and standards and practices someone cries fowl! Too expensive, too hard on patients too….. seriously if you cared in the first place noone would be telling you to have sanitary conditions. Noone should have to tell you these things.
