Read the Constitution. Article 4Section 4. Read the last line.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
The Constitution does not protect soldiers or citizens from soldiers.
Sounds to me that any so called “Patriot” wanting to take up arms against our military isn’t a patriot at all … they’re called traitors. All branches of the military are mandated by military law to not follow any illegal order and are in fact, required to arrest the person issuing the illegal order. Firing on unarmed civilians, whether they’re patriots or not, is illegal. We are however, allowed to defend ourselves IAW-ROE using the least amount of force required.
Can they shoot non-patriotic/traitor Americans? Who decides who is a patriot and who is a traitor?
Actually it’s from all enemies foreign or domestic I took that oath 16 yrs ago
