as of 1996 80% of law enforcement (that includes all officials ) were corrupt as per the US Gov.
Not all cops are corrupt but this one certainly is. There are many cops out there (like Obama) making the laws as they go along. This is one. He takes what is not his and pepper sprays the witnesses.
Yes then they will tell him he can go if he forgets about the mmoney if he doesn’t then they will trump up something to arrest him for.
I know because i have had that done by a crooked cop.
We have to remember not to lump all policeman together. There are some very AWESOME officers that do the very job they are trained and hired to do.
