Now, in his second term as president, Obama has become known for two things: the train-wreck known as ObamaCare and an eagerness to side-step Congress. He’s using executive actions at every turn, doing exactly what he criticized his predecessor for!
Most recently, he summed up his new attitude, saying, “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone,” meaning he’s willing to simply rule by fiat.
