Obama Judge Rules Illegal Who Used Fake Federal Document Committed No Crime

Rubman Ardon Chinchilla, a 38-year-old roofer has been living illegally in the United States for decades, was one of more than 20 illegal immigrants arrested a several months ago for using a faked federal form — known as an “Order of Supervision” — to prove to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles that he was not illegal in order to obtain a driver’s license.

Authorities say that the illegals were working with a con man, Valois Nuñez Artiles, who posed as a government official to carry out the deception with the DMV. Lawyers for the defense claim that the illegals didn’t know they were taken in by Valois because no hablan ingles.

“These poor people are desperate. They’re good people. They’re hard-working people,” said criminal defense attorney Bob Pardo. “They pay their taxes. They’re as American as you and me.”

“He is a very simple, humble person,” said another attorney, Dennis Gonzalez. “He has two kids who are American citizens. He’s lived here for a long time. No criminal history. He doesn’t understand English. He thought that the order of supervision was legitimate and that’s why he went to the DMV.”

However, when one illegal, Jhony Antonio Contreras Maradiaga, a day laborer from Honduras, fought the case, jurors deliberated less than two hours and convicted Maradiaga of a single count of knowingly using a false document to show an authorized stay in the United States.

So much for the defense’s story of not knowing what was going on. Or is it?

One Obama judge stepped in for Chinchilla and ruled that using a faked federal document wasn’t breaking the law.

Don’t try this at home kids.
