Tyranny can only take hold in the minds of ignorant people. When one becomes educated about their Constitutional rights, as well as proactive in practicing them, one is flexing their muscle as a free American. Rights that are lost are much harder to gain back. These rights are primarily lost through ignorance, confusions and disuse.
Over the last few years we have seen an ever growing assault upon our Constitutional rights. These rights are also detailed and amplified in The Anti-Federalist Papers, the Federalist Papers and other correspondence from our Forefathers. Although our rights are written on paper, there is no assurance that our God-given rights will stay intact, respected and upheld by your own local and national leaders.
In recent months, it has become clearly evident to many Americans that our personal privacy, our rights to self-defense and other Constitutional rights are under attack in the form of complex and secretive government laws. Additionally, propaganda has been consistently instigated by the media, government experts and Academia to play upon our fears, as well as create deeper divisions amongst peaceful Americans.
“No matter how big the lie; repeat it often enough and the masses will regard it as the truth.” – John F. Kennedy
Why There is No Need for a Second Revolution
But let me make this crystal clear from the onset: I do not advocate, covertly infer or in any way support violent revolution or anarchy. Our chances that an improved government emerges, as a result of violence, is a hallucinatory dream of madmen, such as a Lenin or Hitler. Those who promote the glories of overthrow have no idea how bad it can rapidly become for themselves, their family and their nation. It is easy to talk tough, but it is quite another to live through a revolution or a situation like Ukraine. There is a point of no return when one then sadly discovers the true horrors and inhumanity that historically attends any bloody revolution or overthrow.
In the spirit of Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., I only advocate peaceful resistance and non-violent disobedience to unconstitutional laws and mandates. I truly believe that this is our best chance of survival as a great nation. Our Constitution derives from the concept, “Of the people, for the people and by the people.” But this is only a living reality to the degree that the people, you and I, take action now. Watching the downfall or demise of a nation on reality TV is not an action. Complaining or posting your upsets on social media is not enough. Freedom is not a spectator sport. Freedom is as alive as it is understood and fought for, legally and publicly.
“I became convinced that noncooperation with evil is as much a moral obligation as is cooperation with good.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.
Not Many Are Needed To Prevail
Do not worry or concern yourself with the need for a “mass uprising” to positively change the course of our history or to rectify a government intoxicated with taxation and paranoia. This has never occurred in the tens of thousands of years of human history. Change has occurred when a small band of committed individuals were banded together and forged in a common spirit. It is estimated that only 3% of Americans fought against the British during the Revolutionary War.
Despite hell and high water, it is this small band of individuals that created a better, more enlightened state of affairs for the rest. I cannot decide for you if you belong to this band of brothers. This is something that you know deep within you or you do not. And if you do know that this is where you belong, then you have the moral obligation to your own integrity, as well as eyes of the future that are upon you, to take action immediately.
“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.” – Samuel Adams
An Action Checklist for Every American Citizen
While our government loses control of the will of the people, deepens our national debt and committing our troops to more wars around the world, those in the “shadow government” (as referred to by author and author and propagandist Edward Bernays) resort to well-funded and coordinated PR messages to define and mold our minds. In the classic book, 1984, “Newspeak” was the deceptive language of a government who controlled and manipulated every aspect of human life, behavior and thought.
Here now are the 7 actions that you can take as an American citizen to become a vibrant part of that, “…tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
Action No. 1
You must fully understand your Constitutional rights. I strongly urge that you purchase and read your own copy of, “The People’s Guide to the United States Constitution” by Dave Kluge. As well, read the Declaration of Independence. These are your first and most basic actions. If you feel so inclined, continuing reading the Federalist Papers and Anti-Federalist Papers, which were written by our Forefathers and give additional data and clarification as to the intent and meaning of the Constitution and the type of government that they envisioned. I also highly recommend, “The Destiny of Freedom” by Leacox & Seyfried. Although it has been out of print for some years it is an amazing read and insight into American rights and how they have became destroyed.
“Being ignorant is not so much a shame, as being unwilling to learn.” – Benjamin Franklin
“If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be. There is no safe deposit for these but with the people themselves; nor can they be safe with them without information.” – Thomas Jefferson
Action No. 2
Now begin educating others, particularly your family and close friends. Leave a legacy of a more enlightened people around you. Word-of-mouth is the single most powerful form of public relations in history. Without a grass roots movement rolling, where one individual takes the time to share with another, no movement will ever take root. Because of our access to social media, our effort to reach out to others becomes even easier. This is a proactive means that you can initiate to spread constructive ideas, plans and policies. Share these 7 actions with others and encourage them to do the same.
“Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom.” – John Adams
Action No. 3
Now begin to network with other like-mined individuals. You need to build your network and surround yourself with people who share the same concerns and purposes. This can be at your church, the neighborhood, local political groups as well as with your online communities. Attend meetings, share with others online and generate some muscle by having a group. It was only 56 men who signed on the Declaration of Independence. Any group that is active, coordinated can always find other like-minded groups to form an even larger network of educated, freedom-loving Americans.
“We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.” – Benjamin Franklin
Action No. 4
Engage in peaceful actions and activities. These can be rallies, political campaigns, town hall meetings, your church and other vital organizations, which promote, protect and advocate strict adherence to the US Constitution. Under the First Amendment of the US Constitution, as well as Article 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, you have the right to peaceful assembly.
“The right of the people peaceably to assemble for the purpose of petitioning Congress for a redress of grievances, or for anything else connected with the powers or duties of the National Government, is an attribute of national citizenship, and, as such, under protection of, and guaranteed by,the United States. The very idea of a government, republican in form, implies a right on the part of its citizens to meet peaceably for consultation in respect to public affairs and to petition for a redress of grievances.” – US Supreme Court: United States v. Cruikshank (1875)
Action No. 5
Engage with your elected officials with positive and clear communication. Go out of your way to make your presence felt with your elected representatives. As you build a large network in Action No. 4, you must now include now those representatives in local, state and national government. You will find that these representatives are on Twitter, public emails, as well as have phone numbers. These officials are VERY concerned with their public image and being re-elected. If your representative supports a program you like, send them a tweet or call. If they support something you disagree with, as well, send them a tweet, an email and call. Find your Senator’s here at Senate.gov, as well as your representatives on Twitter here at TweetCongress.org.
In addition to this point of being heard, you must VOTE. If you are not registered to vote, find out how to at USA.gov. You must make your voice heard. This is democracy in action. Believe me, if a Senator received thousands of tweets and calls in one day, it would impinge and make him or her think twice, potentially changing the course of history. Inaction is admitting you are apathetic and this is un-American.
“In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.
Action No. 6
Become and remain a prepared and vigilant citizen. This is not an apocalyptic warning. Even if only for a natural disaster, you should have extra food, water and supplies. You should have a plan in place for your family should such a disaster, natural or manmade, ever occur. Security, shelter, food, clean water, communication, first aid, hygiene and economics should all be included in your plan. If you live in a tight knit community, extend this plan even further to ensure that you are not the adverse effect of a tornado, earthquake, flood, fire or social upheaval. Even multiple national, state, county and local agencies offer similar advice regarding the importance of preparedness. Here is a great eBook from the LA Fire Department on the many and exact steps to becoming prepared.
“To be prepared for war is one of the most effective means of preserving peace.” – George Washington
Action No. 7
Become a better and stronger individual through spiritual and intellectual growth. The ultimate battle is against our morale, our ideals. Agitators, Gig Pharma, the media and “do gooders” are always attacking our morale and values. They are attempting to demoralize us into a state of shock, or minimally into accepting and adjusting to a new, more depressed reality and view of ourselves and Mankind. A small percentage of sociopaths openly mock personal pride, mental strength, morality and patriotism.
Personal and national weakness cannot occur when you are spiritually and mentally strong. For those that are strong in their faith, remain so. For those who seek a non-religious answer to common sense values, I recommend that you read The Way To Happiness.
“We do not need more intellectual power, we need more spiritual power.” – Calvin Coolidge
“Physical strength can never permanently withstand the impact of spiritual force.” -Franklin D. Roosevelt
In Summary
Freedom has a price. That price is not inaction or complaining. In the Gettysburg Address, President Abraham Lincoln laid out in simple words as to what that price is:
“It is for us the living rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us – that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion – that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain…”
“Increased devotion.” That’s our price.
There are a few who are paying that price. Our fine young men in uniform are paying it, but America was built not by a military force alone, but with active citizens. They were farmers, merchants, business people and lawyers. Regardless of their financial circumstances, religious affiliation or education level, they banded together and did what they could. And they created a Great Nation. They increased their devotion and took actions. It is solely because of their increased devotion and actions that you and I now enjoy our freedoms, which we are slowly losing through ignorance and inaction.
So here is my question to you: Are you ready to take action and to increase your devotion?

WORLD HISTORY OF GUN CONTROL.
1911
Turkey established gun control. From 1915-1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1929
The Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, approximately 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1935
China established gun control. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1938
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 6 to 7 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, and 12 million Christians who were unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1956
Cambodia established gun control. From 1975 to 1977, one million “educated” people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1964
Guatemala established gun control. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1970
Uganda established gun control. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
IN EVERY CASE, GUN CONTROL PRECEEDED MASS KILLINGS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE. ARE YOU SEEING THE PATTERN AMERICA?
The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.
The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.
The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.
The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.
Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, “the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States.”
The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.
During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada. The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.
The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA, and not even beyond the borders of their respective states. Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold.
Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states: “The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States.” In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, “that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it.”
“This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose. Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power.”
The Honorable William Gordon

The problem with Americans is that they have forgotten or more aptly, been denied, real history. What passes for history in todays world is an agenda riddled conglomerate of lies and half truths. Before I started researching this I had no idea that the DICK ACT even existed. Or that so many millions of innocent people had been slaughtered in the last century by the nefarious means of gun control.
the dick act was amended to allow the president to call up the National Guard and use them overseas.
Reallize people try to brainwash you to thier way of life knowing and trusting in your own American heritage is a key to self reliance
