1. Copperhead

 

First on our list of deadly snakes is the Copperhead. In case you live in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, Missouri, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indian, New York or Jersey, you are probably  going to meet a copperhead, if you haven’t already. As much as the Copperhead is considered one of the most deadly snakes, its venom isn’t as toxic as the other snakes mentioned in this article. Copperheads are known to blend with their surroundings, making them very hard to spot, and very easy for them to attack an unsuspecting victim. Therefore, if you are out hiking, be careful and tread lightly until you are sure about their specific location in the area.

So, much of the risk with these snakes is due to how easy it is to be fooled by their camouflage and get bitten for being in the wrong spot.
