30. Donald Trump’s Manhattan Estate
The NY Times reported that Donald Trump claims that, if elected, he will not live in the White House. That sounds like a pretty strange, bold claim from someone who has put so much effort and so many resources into the presidential race, so far. Trump said he would require a complete renovation of the White House. After a look at his own palatial Manhattan estate, one begins to see what Trump means. Perhaps Trump thinks the current aesthetic of the White House just doesn’t measure up to the opulence he is accustomed to.

The president does not have to live in the white house if he chooses not to when this country was founded and George Washington was elected the 1st president there was no white house so he can live where he wants
