“Land of the free” seems to mean less with every passing day.
America was founded on the idea that men and women can succeed on their own, fail on their own, and generally live by the choices they choose to make. Government was to be as small and unobtrusive as possible, and would not interfere with decisions that harmed no one but the individual.
But, thanks to the left, that’s hardly true anymore.
Nowadays, it seems as if you can get ticketed, fined, or arrested for just about anything — a lesson learned by one unfortunate man in Michigan who was simply carrying out his morning routine. Unbeknownst to him, one of his daily chores was actually illegal and carried a hefty fine.

So, you leave your car running in your drive way… some guy comes by and see your car running in your drive way. It’s very cold outside and he doesn’t want to keep walking to buy his drugs so he decides to steal it… which leads to a high speed car chase through the streets of your little town. During this car chase, somebody causes a crash that kills some innocent family of four, who were just on their way to family breakfast at Ihop. Who is to blame for these senseless deaths?
greed will make you do anything.
Install a remote start and be done with it. Car is warm but cannot be driven. No keys involved.

It never ceases to amaze me how the blame game goes. I do understand it though. I see that folks do things constantly breaking laws in so many ways. Liter ( with trash cans near by), run red lights, speed, assault, steal and the list goes on. Do they ever once think am I contributing to losing my freedom by breaking these laws? No, that is where the blame game game starts. Answer this ok? Is it the law that takes away our freedom, or is it breaking the law that takes away our freedom. Think about that if you would. I certainly have thought. about it. The reason we have laws is because of the lack of ability by many to govern themselves in society. This story is headlined like this man did something so simple on such a small scale and it is so terrible that he was fined. Awe dang. Now let us look at the other side of the coin. In many, if not all states, car theft is rampant and costly in so many ways.It takes man hours and taxpayers have the tab for that, it takes time in the courtroom and space and housing in the jails and the taxpayer pays the tab for that. The insurance companies have to raise their rates because it costs them and we, the consumer, get the tab for that. The idea is for it to be hard for the criminal to steal that car. By leaving a car running it helps make it a bit easier for the criminal to take the car. Not only is the car gone, all of these costs are set in motion. The icing on the cake is that also there is an expectation and duty of police to find the car. When folks come up with new ways to break the laws, more laws are made. Laws are being made for those who leave their vehicle unattended anywhere and even your own driveway because it happens there most often. There is however there is one thing that folks can do. (because every time a new law has to be made we lose a little more freedom) Is and I quote, ” STOP BREAKING THE LAW ” !!!!!!!!!!
That is bull
