8. Vlad Dracula
Known as the “Vampire” and “Impaler”. Vlad III was a member of the house of Draculesti. He built a reputation for impaling his enemies which spread through Germany and into other countries in Europe. He was later dubbed, Vlad the Impaler after his death and inspired the name of the fictional Vampire, Count Dracula. He was known to roast children and feed them to their mothers, chopping off women’s breasts and forcing their husbands to eat them. He was known for his cruelty and stories of his many evil deeds are left in popular pamphlets.
If you think this leader was cruel find out what the next evil leader did!
Soros. Number 1
Interesting, but very poorly written for an informative article.
Also, Vlad The Impaler wasn’t the monster he is made out to be. He was a good Christian man defending his people and Europe from the muslims. Did he impale his turkish enemies? Yes. As a terror tactic. Everything else was propaganda to strike fear into the hearts of the Ottoman Turks.
Definitely scary…
Hillary is now #1 on that list
