9. Joseph Stalin
He goes down as Russia’s most dangerous ruler in history. He was a dictator of the Soviet Union in the 1920’s who stopped at nothing to get at the top, even if it meant murdering his friends. Because of his paranoia issues, he purged Russia of their great’s generals. Any political enemies were quickly eliminated and removed from power. He massacred between 15-20 million people during his reign. He was known for torturing and humiliating his wife and son, a thing that drove them to take their lives.

Interesting, but very poorly written for an informative article.
Also, Vlad The Impaler wasn’t the monster he is made out to be. He was a good Christian man defending his people and Europe from the muslims. Did he impale his turkish enemies? Yes. As a terror tactic. Everything else was propaganda to strike fear into the hearts of the Ottoman Turks.
